Royal Palace and Santi Chai Prakan Public Park

Phra Arthit Road, Chana Songkhram, Phra Nakhon.

The Santichai Prakan Pavilion and Public Park is located along the Chao Phraya River near Phra Athit Road. Established by the government and the people to commemorate the auspicious occasion of His Majesty King Bhumibol Adulyadej's 6th cycle birthday on December 5, 1999, the site features a beautifully designed traditional Thai pavilion at the Fort of Phra Sumane. This venue serves as a host for various cultural festivals, such as Songkran and Loy Krathong. The area is adorned with lush greenery, creating a delightful atmosphere where visitors can enjoy views of the Chao Phraya River and the Rama VIII Bridge. As a result, both Thai citizens and international visitors from the Bang Lamphu area often come here to relax and unwind.
