General Terms

• You have rights to use our service to search for information, plan your trip, and create your personal data on our service freely. You cannot transfer these rights to others.
• You agree not to use our service for illegal purposes or in any way that violates the law or our terms and conditions:
• Not let any 3rd party use your account, password, or any other means.
• Not to disclose your password or any other means to any 3rd party.
• Duplicate or modify our service, or any part of it, without our written permission.
• You can forward or publish data on our service to social media without our prior permission. The forwarding or publication of such data is deemed to be your acceptance of any liability arising from such publication, and TripNiceDay is not liable for any statements or actions arising from such publication.

Services & Platform

Our services are divided into two types: free services and paid services. Free services include trip planning, uploading photos, writing articles, writing travel blogs, checking in, or adding places. Paid services include ordering products or services through our platform.

When you purchased a product or service through our platform, you will get a confirmation email from us. The confirmation email will include the details of the product or service you purchased, the price, and the payment method. And you will get a digital receipt to us immediately.

Your Personal Data

You can read our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your personal data. By using our service, you agree to the terms of our Privacy Policy. And we have to keep your personal data safe.

Digital Content

Please be advised that you are responsible for the content of your data, and you are responsible for all documents (herein referred to as "data") that you type, store, or send to us through any of our services. If you create data within our service, or any data is generated through our services, we will not be responsible for that data, and you will be responsible for the accuracy and source of the content, including any disputes that may arise or may arise in the future. TripNiceDay is merely a service provider that allows you to create and express content freely under the law, including the Computer-Related Crime Act 2017 and the Personal Data Protection Act 2019

You are responsible for your content and must not allow third parties to use your content without your permission, nor use your content for illegal activities, including:

• Information or communication that is illegal, false, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, insulting, threatening, intimidating, or inappropriate in any way that constitutes an offense, whether civil or criminal, under the laws of the country or international laws
• The content that imitates or impersonates others for fraudulent purposes or causes infringement of someone's personal rights
• Business opportunity, chain sharing, network marketing, or contacting for deceptive trade or spamming.
• Viruses, Trojans, Worms, or software with information used to disrupt or harm.

You are prohibited from conducting reverse engineering or attempting to extract source code from our services. You are prohibited from reproducing, modifying, distributing, unless such acts are expressly permitted by law or have been authorized in writing by the Court.

You can freely write content in articles, reviews, or social media sections in our service. However, you are responsible for the content you create, and we will not be responsible for any of your actions.

If the information you create through our service is inaccurate or causes errors, or causes harm to others, or violates the privacy of others, or violates content or laws, or reproduces others' data without permission and there is a claim or demand from the injured party or the government, we may need to review your content and cooperate with the injured party, including disclosing channels of communication or your personal information to the injured party for legal proceedings or to prevent future harm.

And you agree to allow us to use the data you create or publish through our service for tourism promotion without charge, and you agree to allow us to analyze and develop our systems, products, and services, including communication, advertising, and marketing in the future, which will cover worldwide. You agree not to claim any compensation for any reason or circumstance.

We may review your content, the data you create in our service, but we are not responsible for reviewing your content. We may disclose some information to comply with our obligations and laws, or to protect our services or our customers, using our sole discretion. We may refuse to display content or delete data, or refuse to delete content, whether in part or in full, that is inappropriate or inaccurate.

If your TripNiceDay account is closed, whether intentionally or unintentionally, or is closed due to inappropriate behavior, violating the law, or causing trouble for others, which is the reason why we have to terminate your use of our services. There will be 3 things that will happen. First, your rights to use TripNiceDay services on both the website and application will be terminated immediately. Second, we will delete any data or content related to your TripNiceDay account to prevent any unauthorized or inappropriate actions, whether by us or you. You should always have a backup plan for your data because TripNiceDay will not be able to retrieve your content or data once your account is closed. Third, you may lose access to any products and services you have received.

Our Disclaimer

We will not be responsible for any loss or claims made by third parties or other individuals who are harmed by your actions in our services, whether it be through the dissemination of information, providing incorrect information, or the impact of using our services or providing information to our systems. We will not be responsible for any copyright infringement that occurs from the information you publish. You agree to take responsibility for these matters yourself.

Furthermore, we shall not be liable for the following: direct or indirect damages, special damages, accidents, penalties, or any impact whatsoever that may occur, damages resulting from communication failure, internet, electronic links, misconduct, security, loss or damage of data, viruses, spyware, business loss, revenue, profit, or investment resulting from the use of our services.

And as previously warned, if a 3rd party complains about any inaccuracies, inappropriate behavior, or violations of the law or anything that causes third-party harm or loss of income or reputation resulting from your use of our services, we will not be responsible for such actions or any information that you send, post, or create in our services. And if we can prove that you have violated or caused actual harm to third parties, we may have to cooperate with the third party in disclosing private information, usage data, and provide full cooperation with the affected party.

Terminate

We may terminate this agreement or suspend the service if you do not comply with these terms, and we will use our discretion to decide. When the agreement is terminated, you must stop using the service immediately. If you continue to use the service, whether with a TripNiceDay membership account or otherwise, you will be deemed to have violated all of these terms.

Change of Terms

We reserve the right to change this agreement at any time, and any changes will take effect immediately upon being published on our website or when we notify you by other means. We may change or discontinue any part or all of the service, and if you continue to use the service, it means you have accepted the changes that will occur.

General Agreements

• All of our newsletters, messages, posts, notifications or any other statements that are sent to you via electronic media or documents shall be deemed as having been received and approved by you.
• You must comply with the Computer-Related Crime Act 2017 strictly.
• You must not create any conflicts with other members, such as making threats, using abusive or vulgar language, providing false information, in any way.
• You must be careful and verify the information that you are creating and publishing through our service thoroughly, and accept the appropriateness and accuracy of the information, as well as take responsibility for that information.
