The Great Puppet Museum at Wat Kannon is located in Soi Fah Sub-district, Pho Tharam District. It is a place that houses a remarkable collection of over 313 large puppets, all preserved in excellent condition. These puppets are displayed in a beautifully elevated traditional Thai house, surrounded by lush greenery that creates a serene atmosphere. The museum was established following the royal initiative of Her Royal Highness Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn, who recognized that the large puppets represent a high form of artistic performance deserving of preservation.
