This Buddha image in the posture of Naga It is highly respected by the Sukhothai people. It was originally enshrined in Chao Ram Cave in the middle of the deep forest. Later, the villagers invited him to Wat Thung Saliam. Its distinctive feature is that it is covered with thip cloth to support the Buddha image and has a pattern of asterisks dug deep into the stone, unlike most Buddha images that are ordinary markings. In addition, it is a Buddha image extracted from gray sandstone with a vertical visor in the middle indicating that it was made in Thailand probably around the year 1929. 1.
