The Mahajadee Mukut Kiriwan is situated atop a hill known as "Nern Panjsingkhon." It boasts dimensions of 48 meters in both width and length. This grand structure was erected to honor Her Royal Highness Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn, the royal patron of Vajira Hospital, in celebration of her 48th birthday in the year 2003.
