The renowned natural attraction covers an expansive area of 6,100 rai, encompassing the wildlife sanctuary of Talay Noi, the Khlong Yuan National Forest, and public land in the Thung Sa region. Established in 1994, it aims to preserve the last peat swamp forest of Phatthalung and serves as a learning center for a diverse array of plant and wildlife species found in the area. Activities to enjoy include relaxing in the multipurpose hall while taking in the serene views of the lake, strolling along a 930-meter nature trail rich in the lushness of the peat swamp forest, lined with white samet trees and nipa palms, along with many other species such as water fern, pho sap, kuras, water fig, water mimosa, golden sorrel, and various types of aquatic plants like lotus and reeds that flourish in the waterways. You can also take a boat ride to explore the white samet peat forest, while witnessing the simple lifestyle of the local communities residing along the Khlong Pra canal. Location: Situated in Moo 4, Phanang Tung Subdistrict, Khuan Khanun District, Phatthalung Province, the site offers a parking area, clean restrooms, shops for convenience, and lodging for visitors.
