Located about 6.5 kilometers offshore from Ban Phe, the various beaches are mainly situated on the eastern side of the island, arranged from north to south as follows: Sai Kaew Beach, Pai Bay, Phutara Bay, Ruby Bay, Nuan Bay, Cho Bay, Wong Duean Bay, Tien Bay, Wai Bay, Kiu Na Nok Bay, and Coral Bay. On the western side, there is only one beach, which is Prao Bay. At the southern tip, you'll find Chan Island, Shark Fin Island, and Koh Hin Pao, which serve as habitats for seagulls and nesting sites. Wong Duean Beach features a crescent-shaped shoreline reminiscent of a waxing crescent moon, and offers various water activities such as boat tours around the island, snorkeling to see coral reefs, jet skiing, banana boat rides, windsurfing, and parasailing. For transportation, you can use a private car via Highway No. 3 (Sukhumvit Road) or the Bang Na-Trad route, as well as Highway No. 34, which accesses the motorway towards Rayong. Once in Rayong, take a left and continue for about 20 minutes to reach Ban Phe. To travel from Ban Phe to Koh Samet, there are passenger boats available daily, operating 24 hours a day from the Ban Phe pier.
