Rattiya City resembles Mallika City from the early Rattanakosin era quite significantly. Rattiya City was established by Mom Luang Phanthapewan Temlok, known as Mom Noi, a master director in Thailand. He initiated the construction of the City Gate Fortress, which is situated along the banks of the Tha Chin River. This site serves as a historical reference to the Ayutthaya period and was purposefully created as a filming location for the series "Si Ayodhya," broadcast on Channel 24U (True4U). The project was further supported by Khun Rattiya Srisangwanawa, the owner of Rattiya City, who generously provided private land to create a permanent set that reflects the grandeur befitting a cinematic series. This effort honors the legacy of His Majesty King Bhumibol Adulyadej and pays tribute to the great kings of the Siamese nation.
