The beef noodle shop at the entrance of Soi Wang Lang 3 has been serving customers since 1976. It was started by Grandma Phayom, who created the original recipe. Now, the shop is entering its third generation of family legacy. This establishment was the first to sell beef noodles in the area of Phra Nakhon – Tham Nam Wang Lang. Initially, they offered only beef noodles and Yen Ta Fo (a type of Thai noodle soup), but later expanded their menu to include red pork rice, crispy pork rice, and dwarf meatball noodles. The stewed beef, red pork, crispy pork, and red pork sauce are all proprietary recipes of the shop.
