Uncle Ja's Kitchen comes highly recommended for anyone visiting Hua Hin. It's located at the Hua Hin Night Market, and it’s easily the busiest spot there. The food is exceptionally delicious and reasonably priced. We tried it back when COVID first hit, randomly selecting a place to eat, and we stumbled upon this gem – it was truly amazing! We ended up dining there for three consecutive days during our trip. The ingredients are fresh, and I can't rave enough about how good it is. I highly recommend the butter-grilled scallops and the shrimp in sour curry; both dishes are delightful and priced just right!
