I first came to know this place as “Moo Satay at Talat Rong Moo.” The pork is tender and juicy, never dry, with a delightful coconut fragrance. The accompanying sauce, rich with a nutty flavor, is delicious. They also sell toasted bread, perfect for dipping into the sauce, which adds a wonderfully charred taste that complements it beautifully. However, the real star of this eatery is the “Liver Satay.” This dish is not something you’ll find in every satay restaurant. Its flavor is tender, sweet, and utterly free of any gamey taste.
