Walking Street at Talad Yai is a project aimed at enhancing the capabilities of the local villages and communities in the old town of Phuket, located within the Phuket City Municipality, Talad Yai sub-district, Muang district, Phuket province. The purpose of this initiative is to promote tourism that respects and preserves the cultural traditions and lifestyles of the community in the old commercial area of Thalang Road. It offers tourists a unique opportunity to immerse themselves in the atmosphere of the city by walking along this cultural street, thereby contributing to the economic growth of the old town. This vibrant walking street is held every Sunday from 4:00 PM to 10:00 PM, starting from September 29, 2013.
