The rest area is quite spacious. Although the entrance may not seem large, it is well-equipped inside. There are comfortable stone benches in front of a 7-Eleven, along with a few restaurants. It's a convenient stop before entering Kanchanaburi, and most bus and tour operators make a stop at this gas station. A good landmark to note is that it is just past the Charoen Phon intersection, located on the left side if you are heading into the city center of Kanchanaburi.
