Khao Laem Sing Forest Park

Bangkhachai-Tamai Road, Laem Sing

The small botanical park is managed by the Klong Pliw National Forest Reserve, covering an area of approximately 9,500 acres. The Department of National Parks announced the establishment of this area as Khao Laem Singh Botanical Park on October 25, 1983. It is distinguished by a rock formation that juts out into the sea, resembling the head of a lion lying down, with its body, tail, legs, and eyes clearly visible. In addition to the mountainous region, this botanical park also includes marine areas and beaches such as Koh Nom Sao, Koh Chula, and the small bay of Ao Khing, which features soft, golden sands – perfect for relaxation in a tranquil atmosphere. Location: Moo 1, Bang Kachai Subdistrict, Laem Sing District, Chanthaburi Province 22130. Getting there: Travelers can drive from Tha Mai District along the Tha Mai-Bang Kachai route, covering a distance of 25 kilometers, passing Wat Khao Laem Sing before ascending the mountain to reach the park office. Alternatively, you can hire a boat from Laem Sing Beach for approximately 400 meters and then walk another 400 meters, providing another charming option for your journey.

Province: Chanthaburi
