Wat Thung Salyam is a serene location that boasts stunning cultural artistry. Here, you will find a remarkable stone Buddha statue in the posture of Naga Prak; locally known as Luang Por Sila. This figure is crafted from white sandstone, showcasing Khmer artistry from the Angkor period. Its artistic style reflects influences from both Angkor Wat and Lopburi, and it dates back to the 16th and 17th centuries of the Buddhist era. Standing approximately 86 centimeters tall with a base width of 43 centimeters, this statue attracts a considerable number of visitors who come to pay their respects.
