เป็นโบสถ์คริสต์นิกายโรมันคาทอลิกแห่งแรกในประเทศไทย ตั้งอยู่ริมแม่น้ำเจ้าพระยา ตำบลสำเภาล่ม อำเภอพระนครศรีอยุธยา จังหวัดพระนครศรีอยุธยา สร้างมาตั้งแต่สมัยกรุงศรีอยุธยา โดยอาคารหลังแรก ตามบันทึกของคณะบาทหลวงและพระคุณเจ้าฟร็องซัว ปาลูว์ บันทึกไว้ว่า ได้สร้างในปี พ.ศ. 2205 โดยวัดนี้อยู่ติดแม่น้ำเจ้าพระยา ภายในสวยงาม วิวภายนอกสวยเงียบสงบ
