The temple, known for its ancient architecture, is located on Yantrakitkosol Road (Suriya Pong Road) at the intersection with Phakong Road, directly across from the Phumin Temple junction. Established in 1949 during the reign of Chao Poo Kaeng, it serves as an important site for ceremonies related to Buddhism, including the ritual of holding the holy water of precept as per stone inscription number 74. One notable feature of the temple is its magnificent golden stupa in the shape of a Lanka, located behind the main hall. Surrounding the base are beautifully crafted half-elephant sculptures, with five on each side and an additional four at the corners, which inspired the name "Chang Kam Temple" (Elephant Prop Temple). Inside the main hall, visitors can find a large golden statue of the principal Buddha, which is open for tourists to pay their respects and make wishes. Adjacent to the main hall is the Vihara, housing the statue of Buddha Nandaburi Srisakyamuni, a bronze figure in the posture of granting forgiveness. This statue stands at 145 centimeters tall and contains an impressive 65% gold content, making it a significant highlight for visitors.
