Wat Si Muang is located in Nakhon Nayok Subdistrict, Mueang District. It used to be adjacent to Wat Ko, and is believed to be a temple from the late Ayutthaya period. One of its outstanding architectural features is the group of traditional Thai monk’s quarters, which have been meticulously restored and adapted from the original structures, blending beautifully with current conditions. This renovation has proven to be extremely beneficial.
