Wat Yai Chom Prasat is a temple located in Moo 5, Ban Tha Chin, Tambon Tha Chin, Mueang Samut Sakhon District, Samut Sakhon Province. Situated by the Tha Chin River, it is believed to have been established during the Ayutthaya period, making it approximately 400 years old. Originally, locals referred to it simply as "Wat Yai" or "Wat Chom Prasat."
