The shrine is located at the mouth of the Prasae River. Inside the shrine, there is a life-sized bronze statue of Admiral Prince Bhrom Bhakdi of Chumphon, the father of the Royal Thai Navy. It is a place of reverence and respect for the people of Rayong.
