Enjoy the scenic views along the Death Railway, accompanied by nearby markets selling gems, food, clothing, and a plethora of other items. It is both a historical site and a tourist destination. The Death Railway, also known as the Burma Railway or Kanchanaburi Railway, begins at the Nong Pladuk junction station in the Ban Pong district of Ratchaburi Province. It travels through Kanchanaburi, crossing the Kwai River via the iconic bridge, and heads west until it reaches the Three Pagodas Pass, ultimately arriving in the town of Thanbyuzayat in Myanmar.
