The Gallery and World War II Museum was founded by Mr. Aran Janthasiri, situated in the exact location where the Japanese Army once operated as a command center for the construction of the famous bridge over the River Kwai. The museum showcases the historical narratives of the World War II era, particularly the bridge's construction, through a variety of photographs and artifacts from that time. Visitors can view items such as swords, bombs, ancient currency, and vehicles used by the Japanese, including cars, motorcycles, and boats. Outside the building, remnants of a steam locomotive and an airplane can also be found on display.
