The journey of opening this dessert haven began with Chef Nont Nontawarat Rojanasakchai’s childhood passion for sweets. He pursued his culinary dreams seriously at Le Cordon Bleu Dusit, which led to opportunities for writing a column in magazines and hosting a television show. Today, he has realized his dream of opening his own shop. Unlike typical sweetly decorated dessert shops, Brix boasts a modern, stylish aesthetic. The clear glass facade allows soft natural light to fill the space during the day. Inside, you’ll find cozy seating areas featuring plush cushions and light wooden tables paired with matching chairs, contrasting beautifully with the dark earthy-toned counter.
