The cutest cat cafe in Sam Yan, a cat cafe that doesn't have an entrance fee, doesn't have a time limit, doesn't have to be annoyed, just order a menu inside the shop and sit and play with the cats for a long time. This cat cafe definitely doesn't smell annoying.
