ChaEn is a cozy little tea shop that offers a selection of carefully crafted teas, drawing from our experience as tea makers. We serve a range of options including black tea, oolong tea, and our special "Hojicha." This Hojicha is meticulously prepared by selecting young tea buds with a bit of the stem, achieving just the right proportions. We roast the leaves until they take on a rich brown color, then grind them into a fine 100% organic Hojicha powder. The result is a delightful taste that is both bold and sweetly aromatic, with a chocolate-like finish on the palate.
