Khao Pun Nam Jaew, a local breakfast dish in Chiang Khan, is something I highly recommend everyone to try. The restaurant prepares fresh chili paste on-site, and the aroma of the fresh chilies is absolutely enticing. Once you taste it, you'll find yourself wanting more. Just a heads up, make sure to bring cash, as the restaurant does not accept digital payments.
