Nestled at the junction of Aiyerweng and Tanoh Maero, this is another breathtaking 360-degree viewpoint for sea of mist in Betong, standing 670 meters above sea level. The summit features an open rocky area that can accommodate up to 100 people, providing stunning views of the sunrise, sunset, morning mist, and stars at night. There are two main routes to reach Gunung Silipat: 1. The Aiyerweng route is managed by the Aiyerweng Sub-district Administrative Organization through the community enterprise "Gunung Silipat Sea of Mist." They offer 4WD or jeep transport to the starting point of the trek. From there, a 2-kilometer hike leads through a combination of forest, rubber plantations, and durian orchards until you reach a small open area in the rubber plantation designated for camping. If you continue hiking for another 200 meters, you will reach the summit. 2. The Tanoh Maero route is operated by local rubber plantation owners who provide transportation up and down the hill. The starting point for the 4WD service is located along Highway 410 (Yala-Betong), near the security checkpoint in Kg. 23. From there, a 400-meter walk through the local rubber plantation will take you to the camping area. Another 200 meters of hiking will lead you to the peak.
