Inside the temple, there is a main hall dedicated to Luang Phor Uthong, a sacred Buddha statue. It is believed that those who come to make a wish here often see their desires fulfilled, particularly among individuals seeking promotions and advancements in the military and police sectors. While the name of Luang Phor Uthong is well-known among the local villagers, it is less familiar to people from other areas. This changed in 2013 when the abbot constructed a large and beautifully designed Maha Chedi in the heart of the temple, named Phra Maha Chedi Sri Buddha Worayan, making Wat Bang Prong an eye-catching sight for passersby. The temple grounds are expansive, featuring a market right at the entrance. Just beyond that is a newly built chedi, which houses sacred relics for visitors to pay their respects. On the second floor, there are wax statues of several renowned monks, and on the ground floor, devotees can walk around to pay homage to Phra Rahu, a deity known for alleviating misfortunes.
