        ชาวบ้านในชุมชนนี้ส่วนใหญ่จะโยกย้ายมาจากภาคกลาง และภาคตะวันตก เช่น จังหวัดประจวบคีรีขันธ์ จังหวัดเพชรบุรี จังหวัดราชบุรี อีกส่วนหนึ่งเป็นคนในท้องถิ่นดั้งเดิมและชาวเกาะสมุย ในตำบลถ้ำสิงห์ จึงมีการผสมผสานของวัฒนธรรม ระหว่างภาคกลางกับภาคใต้ ทั้งภาษาพูด อาหาร การละเล่น ประเพณี และความเชื่อ แต่ระยะเวลาเกือบครึ่งทศวรรษที่ชุมชนแห่งนี้ตั้งขึ้นก็ช่วยหล่อหลอมให้วัฒนธรรมทั้ง 2 สาย ผสมผสานกันจนแทบจะเป็นเนื้อเดียวกัน
