Khao Soi...Islam is a well-known Khao Soi restaurant in Chiang Mai. The noodles here are different from typical Khao Soi, and the Islamic-style Khao Soi is incredibly delicious, rich, and aromatic. If you visit around lunchtime, be prepared for a crowd; if you go after noon, you might find that some dishes run out, especially the goat curry rice and chicken Khao Soi.
