I found a cozy and affordable accommodation in the city of Trat. The lodging is located in a rather small alley, and if you follow Google Maps, it may guide you into a narrow path. However, there are actually two ways in, and taking the route that isn’t Soi Rom Sai is much more convenient. The room was comfortable with three different price options. I arrived quite late and opted for the VIP room at 800 baht, which was around 50 square meters. It was a spacious room with a separate living area, definitely exceeding expectations for the price. The staff provided excellent service. While there wasn't breakfast offered, it wasn't an issue. The place was clean, with good Wi-Fi and convenient parking. The room had all the necessary amenities, including a hairdryer—a rarity for budget hotels. With four pillows, I slept quite well, feeling relaxed and at ease in a natural setting. However, if you're squeamish about geckos, it might be a good idea to head to your room quickly, as there were quite a few, especially during the rainy season. The room even had a balcony, and in the morning, they sold high-quality coffee at a reasonable price. If I come back to Trat, I would definitely stay here again. I’ve looked around quite a bit, and while I usually go for work and stay at a Hop Inn, there isn’t one in Trat. This accommodation is just right for someone who travels frequently. Highly recommended!
