Located in the districts of Nabua and Suwai within the national reserved forest, this area features three interconnected mountain peaks. The first peak, known as “Phanom Prao” or “Khao Chai,” stands 220 meters tall and is home to the revered Buddha Surintharamongkol, also known as the “Big Buddha.” This large white statue, depicted in the gesture of bestowing blessings, boasts eyes made from seashells, with dark eyes crafted from a blend of brass and bronze. It sits in a meditative pose on a lotus pedestal. Visitors can ascend to the statue via a stairway leading up the hillside, where there is also a scenic viewpoint behind the statue offering a panoramic view of Phanom Sawai Forest Park. The second peak, called “Phanom Sarai” or “Khao Ying,” rises to 210 meters and is the site of Wat Phanom Silaram. This peak features two ancient ponds, believed to be the dwelling place of sacred turtles. The third peak, named “Phanom Krol” or “Khao Kok,” stands at 150 meters and houses a replica of the Buddha's feet, which was moved from Khao Chai to the Atthakum Pavilion. Nearby, there is a stupa that contains the ashes of Phra Ratchawutthacharn (Luang Pu Duly Atulo), a revered meditation master, along with a shrine dedicated to Guanyin, offering a place for worship and reverence.
