Currently, Wat Pa Ma Fai has been designated as the fifth meditation center in Prachinburi Province by the Supreme Patriarch of Thailand. It plays a vital role in training meditation practice for the youth and the general public. In 2009, it was honored as an "Outstanding Meditation Center in the Province in Celebration of His Majesty's Honors" by the Office of National Buddhism.
