The pagoda of this temple is a large white structure surrounded by plaster elephants. The entrance to the base of the pagoda is painted red, and the archway is adorned with beautiful plaster carvings. Historical records indicate that around the year 1700, Phaya Chiang, the ruler of the Tai Lü and Sipsongpanna regions, came to capture elephants at this site, successfully acquiring up to 500 elephants with excellent characteristics from the area around the temple.
