Wat Phra Phutthabat Phu Phan Kham

Ubonrat District, Ubonrat Subdistrict

Wat Phra Phuttha Bat Phu Paan Kam is located on the slopes of Phu Paan Kam in Ubon Ratchathani District. This temple houses a replica of the Buddha's footprint within its hall, along with a large white Buddha statue, known as Luang Pho Yai, which stands 14 meters tall atop the mountain. Visitors can reach the summit either by climbing the 1,049 steps leading from the temple grounds or by driving directly up to the top. Once at the summit, you'll be rewarded with breathtaking views of the Ubonratana Dam lake. To get there, follow the same route to Ubonratana Dam. Just before reaching the dam's entrance, look for the temple sign on your left. Alternatively, you can access the temple via the entrance directly across from Ubon Ratchathani Hospital.
