Located at Mittraphap Thai-Chinese Road, Talad Noi Subdistrict, Samphanthawong District It is an ancient temple located in the valley of the monastery in a wooden house. Its former name was "Wat Sam Chin". It was understood that 3 Chinese people jointly built the monastery as a merit-making temple. Later, the name was changed to Wat Traimit, which was well known to the people of Yaowarat area. Here is the place where Phra Buddha Maha Suwan Patimakorn (Golden Buddha) is enshrined. It is a pure gold Buddha image weighing up to 5.5 tons. Only the value of gold as recorded in the Guinness Book of World Records At approximately 28.5 million pounds, it is believed to be one of the important Buddha images of Wat Mahathat, Sukhothai Province.
