It is a Thai-style pavilion with four entrances, topped with a pagoda-like roof composed of two layers. Located in the heart of Phayao Province, this pavilion features pillars made from teak wood, sourced from the forests in Ngao District of Lampang Province. Situated along Thakwan Road, it is easily accessible and serves as an important and sacred site in Phayao. Visitors passing by can stop to pay their respects for blessings and good fortune.
