The ancient Buddhist temple is beautifully surrounded by a stunning lotus pond. The ubosot of Wat Sa Si is encircled by water, and you must use a small wooden bridge to cross over. The view of the sunset dipping behind the hills from the opposite side of Wat Sa Si is truly a memorable sight. One of the highlights of this temple is the walking bridge that spans the moat surrounding it, which in ancient times served as a boundary marker for the temple. This leads to the Buddha statue located in the center of the lotus pond. Within Wat Sa Si, the beauty is captivating in its own right. It is believed that the temple was quite large in the past, and it remains a popular destination, particularly among foreign visitors.
