Wat Khao Wong (Narai Cave)

Phra Phutthabat District, Saraburi Province.

It is a tranquil place with a pleasant atmosphere, where a revered monk provides instruction and guidance on meditation. This temple, associated with the lineage of Phra Arjarn Ruesi Ling Dam, has served as a religious site for a long time, tracing its history back to the era of King Narai the Great. During his travels from Narai Palace in Lopburi to govern in Ayutthaya, he stopped for an overnight stay at Narai Cave, which is also the site where King Songtham came to pay homage to the Buddha's footprints.

Province: Saraburi
