**Activity Hint: Happy Rally - Instant Happiness in Phayao** 📌 "The Creator of the Temple Hall" Located in the Ban Don Chai area within the Chiang Kham municipality of Phayao province, this temple preserves a beautifully crafted temple hall that showcases Thai-Yai artistic style. The hall is constructed entirely from teak wood, featuring intricately carved details on various elements such as the gable, windows, and balconies. The exquisite wood carvings and the layered roof, adorned with overlapping shingles or wooden tiles, create a harmonious aesthetic. As you step inside the hall, you are enveloped in an atmosphere filled with spiritual energy. In the center, you will find the principal Buddha image in the Mara Victory posture, skillfully carved from golden teak and adorned in traditional Thai-Yai attire, resting on an intricately carved wooden pedestal. Flanking the main Buddha are statues of a white stone Buddha and another golden teak image, both in the same graceful Mara Victory pose, dressed in stunning Thai-Yai garments. The temple grounds also feature a large Thai-style stupa, a museum displaying old banknotes, antique items, traditional fabrics, and ancient paintings illustrating various segments of the Maha Jadhamma sermon.
