Constructed by officials, police, and military personnel after the war had ended, the local people in the northern region, filled with gratitude for His Majesty's kindness, decided to pool their resources. They initiated the construction of the Khao Kho Palace to serve as a source of encouragement for the residents. This palace also became a place for royal work and served as a residence for His Majesty and the royal family during their visits to inspect projects implemented under royal initiative in the Khao Kho area.
